September 30, 2003: The Worker Assistance Center (CAT) from Puebla, Mexico and United Students Against Sweatshops (USAS) submit Public Communication 2003-1 (Puebla) to the U.S. NAO based on the case of Matamoros Garment.
October 3, 2003: The Worker Assistance Center (CAT) from Puebla, Mexico and United Students Against Sweatshops (USAS) submit Public Communication 2003-1 (Puebla) to the Canadian NAO based on the case of Matamoros Garment.
November 10, 2003: The original submission is amended to include the case of Tarrant Mexico.
January 29, 2004: The Maquila Solidarity Network (MSN) requests to be added as a third petitioner presenting the complaint.
February 5, 2004: U.S. NAO accepts for review Public Communication 2003-1 (Puebla)on the cases of Matamoros Garment and Tarrant Mexico..
March 12, 2004: Canadian NAO accepts for review Public Communication 2003-1 (Puebla) on the cases of Matamoros Garment and Tarrant Mexico.
April 1, 2004: U.S. NAO holds a public hearing on Public Communication 2003-1 (Puebla) at the U.S. Department of Labour in Washington, DC.
May 28, 2004: Canadian NAO holds a public hearing on Public Communication 2003-1 (Puebla) at Joseph Sheppard Building in Toronto, Canada.
September 22, 2004: U.S. NAO releases its report on Public Communication 2003-1, recommending Ministerial Consultations with the Mexican Government.
May 11, 2005: Canadian NAO releases its report on Public Communication 2003-1, recommending Ministerial Consultations with the Mexican Government.
