This quiz on Mexico’s labour justice reform was designed by MSN for use in educational workshops, meetings and conferences by unions and labour rights organizations, as well as by companies and industry associations.
The quiz addresses common questions and areas of confusion on workers’ rights and employers’ legal responsibilities under the reform, and provides answers to those questions based on specific articles of the reformed Federal Labour Law. It has been effectively used in meetings and workshops with labour rights organizations and companies as an introduction to discussions on the reform.
